The CPORT portal provides law enforcement access to ICCAM – the centralised secure platform used by INHOPE hotlines.
The portal facilitates a direct data and information exchange between hotline content analysts and Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) to streamline the removal of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) online.
What the CPORT Portal
offers to national LEAs
The CPORT portal is a secure web-based platform that can be used by LEA to quickly and safely access public reports on CSAM that are relevant to their jurisdiction.
Possibility to query and review: (1) report information, (2) media information, (3) hotline information - including direct contact with your national hotline.
The CPORT portal is free of charge for law enforcement agencies. Its functionalities can be adapted to fit the needs of the national hotline and LEA using it for their cooperation on the ICCAM platform.
The CPORT portal allows LEA to access ICCAM – a database used by national hotlines to process and exchange reports of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) submitted by the public worldwide.
This grants LEA access to a larger extent of information coming from hotlines, including collateral non-illegal imagery for investigative support.
The ICCAM platform is hosted by INTERPOL and is an important channel to INTERPOL’s ICSE database and IWOL list.
Improved image and video hash sharing between hotlines, national law enforcement and INTERPOL to reduce duplication and exposure to known CSAM material.
The possibility to classify and filter reports and media on the CPORT portal and to compose a media package for download.
INHOPE hotlines have closely cooperated with law enforcement for over 20 years and the CPORT portal will allow you to take the cooperation with your national hotline to the next level.
